Refusing to wait behind a desk, Director Farnazo’s day began at the crack of dawn, signaling a proactive, student-centered administration determined to elevate the quality of education across the region.

𝗔 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵

The momentous day commenced with a spiritual invocation, as Director Farnazo attended the early morning Holy Mass at the historic St. Joseph Cathedral in Butuan City. Seeking divine guidance for his leadership, the new regional chief dedicated his tenure to the service of the Caraganon learners, teachers, and stakeholders.

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀: 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱

Transitioning immediately from prayer to action, Director Farnazo spent his morning where it matters most: in the classrooms. He conducted impromptu visits to three major school sites to witness firsthand the daily realities of teachers and students: Butuan Central Elementary School, Libertad Central Elementary School, and West Butuan Central Elementary School.

In a symbolic and heartwarming moment, Director Farnazo’s very first classroom visit was to the Grade 1 class of Teacher Estela F. Barbosa at Butuan Central Elementary School. The Regional Director engaged warmly with the young learners and expressed his profound appreciation for Grade 1 educators, whom he praised as the foundational pillars of literacy.

𝗡𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽

Demonstrating a holistic approach to student welfare, the Director also inspected the Central Kitchen located at Libertad Central Elementary School. He actively interacted with the kitchen staff, reviewing the preparation of nutritious meals intended for the school’s feeding program and thanking the workers for their vital role in keeping learners healthy and ready to learn.

In another highlights of the morning, Director Farnazo spent quality time engaging with student leaders from the School Elementary Learners Government during their routine bag inspections. “What a delight on my first day,” he lauded the young leaders for maintaining discipline, safety, and order, encouraging them to continue honing their leadership skills.

As of this release, Director Farnazo is still in the field, continuing his extensive school tours and consultative dialogues across the division.
