BUTUAN CITY— 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 “𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁” 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗚. 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘇𝗼, 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗢 𝗜𝗜𝗜, 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗴-𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗧𝗗𝗖).

Following the first part of the ceremony, Farnazo joined all DepEd Caraga employees in signing the Commitment Wall in support of the 126th anniversary of the Civil Service Commission.

Later, during the second part of the flag-raising ceremony at the Gold Hall of the TDC, Farnazo administered the oath to newly hired and newly promoted employees. Before doing so, he asked everyone present to stand.

It was a simple gesture, but Farnazo gave it a deeper meaning.

“Stand for you. Stand with you. Stand by you.”

For him, to “stand for” his people means to support and advocate for them, upholding what is right, and helping them grow in their careers and responsibilities. To “stand with” them means to facing their challenges and sharing in their journey together rather than leading from a distance. To “stand by” them means to remain steadfast, especially when circumstances become difficult.

Thus, what began as a physical act became an expression of leadership.

The message he had written on the Commitment Wall was now being lived out: “Maglingkod ng Tapat.”

For Farnazo, it means not only serving faithfully, but standing faithfully for, with, and by the people entrusted to his care.
