Spearheaded by the Information and Communication Technology Unit (ICTU) and facilitated by Nerison Pitogo, Computer Programmer II, the workshop focuses on enhancing participants’ understanding and utilization of Project AGOS in performing office transactions and improving digital systems.

In her Opening Message, Dr. Flordelisa R. Dalin, Chief of the Human Resource Development Division, stressed that the capacity enhancement is pursuant to the directive of Regional Director Allan G. Farnazo, CESO III, to achieve highly efficient digital systems for office processes and, ultimately, improve client satisfaction.

The workshop aims to enable participants to identify the new features of digital processes in the office; analyze existing office processes for digitalization through Project AGOS; utilize key Project AGOS modules in performing office transactions and workflows; and develop and present AGOS-based workflow proposals and system requirements for each functional division.

The activity brings together Regional Office personnel as the Department advances efforts to streamline internal processes through digital solutions, strengthen operational efficiency, and provide more responsive services to its clients.
