The activity brought together DepEd officials, school heads, teachers, coaches, student-athletes, and education stakeholders to celebrate a meaningful partnership focused on strengthening school sports, developing young athletic talents, and providing learners with opportunities to grow through sports.

𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

The ceremony opened with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, followed by the Prayer and the Caraga Hymn, setting the tone for an afternoon centered on collaboration and shared commitment to learner development.

In her welcome message, Dr. Adrilene Mae Castanos, PDO IV – Partnership, emphasized the value of stakeholder collaboration in creating meaningful opportunities for learners and strengthening programs that support their holistic development.

The formal acknowledgment of partners and recipient schools was led by Dr. Benjie P. Jabob, Education Program Supervisor – School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD), DepEd Butuan City. The recognition highlighted the important contributions of education stakeholders and partner organizations whose support continues to advance school sports initiatives.

𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀

Dr. Edmund D. Mendoza, Chief of the Education Support Services Division (ESSD), delivered a message of support, underscoring the importance of sustained support for learners, teachers, coaches, and school sports programs. He also highlighted role of partnerships in providing learners with the resources and opportunities they need to participate, develop their skills, and excel in sports.

𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼- 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘀

Representing Creamline and Rebisco, Ms. Darlene Geronimo, Customer Relations Associate Manager of Rebisco Corporate Marketing, delivered the partner's message.

The partnership goes beyond the provision of volleyball equipment. It reflects a shared commitment to providing young people with opportunities to develop their talents, pursue their passion for sports, and experience the values that athletic participation fosters, including discipline, teamwork, perseverance, sportsmanship, and confidence.

Through this support, Rebisco and Creamline contribute to the strengthening of school-based sports programs and the expansion of opportunities for young athletes across the Caraga Region.

𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀, 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘀

The highlight of the activity was the formal turnover of volleyball equipment to 12 recipient schools from various Schools Division Offices across Caraga.

The recipient schools were:

𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 (Agusan del Norte);

𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 (Agusan del Sur)

𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗣. 𝗘𝗹𝗽𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 (Tandag City).

The turnover goes beyond the handing over of sports materials. It represents an investment in the potential of learners and a commitment to providing schools with resources that can support training, competition, and the continuous development of young athletes.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

The newly provided volleyball equipment will support learners not only in improving their athletic skills but also in developing values that extend beyond the playing court.

Through sports, learners are given opportunities to build discipline, teamwork, resilience, sportsmanship, leadership, and confidence, qualities that contribute to their holistic growth and development.

For the recipient schools, the equipment provides additional resources to enhance their school sports programs and encourages more learners to participate in volleyball and other athletic activities.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

The Creamline-Rebisco volleyball equipment turnover demonstrates the positive impact of collaboration between the education sector and the private sector.

DepEd Caraga expressed its sincere appreciation to Creamline and Rebisco for their generosity and commitment to supporting learners and school sports programs.

Appreciation was likewise extended to the Regional Office officials, Education Support Services Division, Schools Division Offices, school heads, teachers, coaches, student-athletes, and all stakeholders who contributed to the successful conduct of the initiative.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

The volleyball equipment turnover highlighted the partnership among DepEd Caraga, Creamline, and Rebisco in strengthening school sports by providing recipient schools with additional resources for training and competition and expanding opportunities for student-athletes to participate, develop their skills, and grow through sports.
