The oath-taking was administered by Regional Scout Director Roshcelle John Benedict O. Medellin during an executive meeting with officials and representatives from the BSP Northeastern Mindanao Regional Coordination Office, alongside BSP Division Coordinators from across the region.
The gathering focused on aligning regional Scouting initiatives, strengthening youth leadership programs, and bolstering inter-agency collaboration to promote character-building and value-based education for learners.
