The summit featured learning sessions on the task of the public sector in the Fifth Industrial Revolution, ethics and information or data privacy, ethics and artificial intelligence, environmental sustainability, sustainable procurement, gender equality, disability and social inclusion, and alleviating inequality.
The discussions provided participants with perspectives on the growing challenges confronting public institutions as technological innovation, particularly artificial intelligence, increasingly transforms governance, decision-making, and public service delivery.

For DepEd Caraga, participation in the national gathering provided an important opportunity for its education leaders to engage with emerging issues that increasingly shape public governance and service delivery.
As technology continues to transform institutions and society, the summit underscored the importance of ensuring that innovation remains anchored on ethics, human dignity, accountability, inclusion, and the common good.

The participation of DepEd Caraga's leadership in the gathering also reinforces the region's continuing efforts to develop public sector leaders who are prepared not only to adapt to change but to lead it responsibly.
In the Fifth Industrial Revolution, effective leadership is not measured solely by how quickly institutions adopt new technologies, but by how wisely and ethically they use them in serving people.
